Then you slowly bring your body down to a squat position, bending your knees and allowing your hips to bend backwards and your back straight. In any workout exercises, it is important that you always do your warm-ups first and always make sure are doing everything correctly as weight training can cause injuries if your muscles are not prepared to do it. Also make sure to start with lighter weights and don’t move up to heavier ones that you are not comfortable working with.
