This is a good weight version, but 7.5 pounds plates large enough. Because of this, making it difficult to do some exercises with proper form. Unlike some critics, I had no problems with the pins. Overall I'm not complaining. 22 bucks to fix a 40 pounds weight is pretty good!
FYI-it comes with four 7.5 pounds plates and four five pounds flat.
if u want South of light exercise at home, is perfect. dumbbles but a bit large, but they do the job!
Love it that they are good, sturdy and inexpensive.
I thought the pins would not hold, but they are good!
