So you have thin arms and you want a way to grow big biceps and triceps. Well in this short article I will discuss how to build up your arms

The best way to build your biceps is with one arm dumbbell curls. Why dumbbell curls? It is so because it activates the maximum amount of muscle mass.

Why one arm curls? This is because it allows you to focus. Focus generates intensity. And intensity is what will build up your skinny arms

Here is how to perform the one arm curl. The curl is performed like an ordinary curl but you are using one arm at a time. The best way to do it is to pick up a weight that you can get 5 repetitions with. With your free arms grab a solidly planted bar, support or bar. When you are stable begin lifting the dumbbell. Make sure your form is perfect. And put all your effort into it.

You will find that when you get to the fifth repetition lower the weight and res t for 10 seconds and repeat the movement again with the same weight. The second mini set will be harder and you will get 2-3 reps. Again rest 10 seconds and when you are done repeat the exercise again.
Here is how this build skinny arms training program will look like:

5 repetitions of Bicep one arm curl
Rest 10 seconds
3 repetitions of the one arm bicep curl
Rest 10 seconds
1 repetition of the one arm bicep curl

This adds up to one set of the one arm bicep curl. Repeat this with your other arm.

To build up your skinny arms. You will need 3 sets of this bicep exercise. Perform this just once a week. That is all you need.
