Dumbbells are great! I get a serious workout and without change. Do not leave the garage! Put on my own music and take my shirt too! Not to worry about gym fees or wait for a machine and can hit all members of the same body I have. I would recommend these to anyone who tries to get into town!
I've been using 1090 for a couple weeks now. I have a very limited amount of training space in my apartment so I do not think there is room for each dumbbell. Version provides 90 pounds for each arm to be more than enough for everything I do. £ 50 was not quite so happy I bought the 1090's vs. 1050's.
The nice rubberized grip in 1050-1090, but all the metal grip with a rough texture. I find them less than comfortable rubberized grip to take care of the little tape on the issue.
The selector dial is very good and super easy to use. It only takes a few seconds to dial in the weight you want and you go out. The product is very high quality and it works very well.
The only drawback I've seen in the bar long enough so that you are using weight and height, even when you only need 10 pounds of weight.I had some difficulties to do arm curls with weights when I get double my hands close enough to work.To compensate, I can set only with each hand alone. that 90% of the lessons I can not go into the question of the time I need.
I recommend this course site. You should think about going on the stand to save on their backs. 90 pounds or 180 has a lot of weight to rise from the floor, and especially if you do it repeatedly. It is the right height and direction of the dumbbells easy pickup without straining your back.
I bought the 1090 dumbbell set (two dumbbells) and the new account for $ 600 at Play It Again Sports. I have not seen any good deals on the web. If you do not want to spend money for a full set of dumbbells and / or you can if you have limited space, so I recommend this product. I must say that I see every time I do it.I guess the gadget factor is also something to think

At first, this is a good product, but I will not spend time on the great things about this, because I think another review said enough already. Here are some things I found out that I thought would be helpful to others:
A 1) "consider using" square chrome handle busy pain management. Forced me not to buy this product like this. But after trying on the DBS, I do not care much. The "rectangular" much discussion "rectangulariness" idea if you want. Do not bother me much, but there should be some thick cloth tape to solve the problem if you have sensitive hands.
2 May) that this job would buy $ 150, I decided to pick out on the floor instead of DBS, but that its breach custom.Just cargo boxes and top cut Styrofoam box and lid and not DB. DBS is still a bit low but it's better than picking them off the floor.
3) If you ever have a problem in many of the SS company, and as one of the plates are connected to the DB, or DB with the manufacturer just yet (when I happen to me today). After some experimenting, I finally figured out what I wanted to do with the SS away from the base and the base is used, stood empty. Since emptied the base, where the SS back in the database (no plates left on the floor). You should be able to change opened up to £ 10 from db plates come out. Then, just to force the characters back inside the base and put it back in sheets ready to go DB. Should choose the DB back to plates.This experiment I ran a lot of money because I forgot to put your order within 30 days (it is behind the move instructions).
